Every item purchased from Russo Outdoors comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we'll refund your money or exchange the item.
Simply print out the return form located on the web site and send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.
 
Please contact us by e-mail at Russo Outdoors before returning. Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement.Send Returns to:

If we made a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you for return shipping.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the shipping of an exchange.
All items advertised are warranted against defects in workmanship for 90 days.
A manufacturer warranties received with the product  may be longer then our own. 
Merchandise purchased from Russo outdoors may be returned without our return forms. Please include a letter of explanation with your name, address, and phone number. Briefly explain why you are returning the item and whether it's being returned for refund or exchange. If we have any further questions regarding your return, we will contact you as soon as possible.
*Packaging Center fees will not be reimbursed. Please ship direct with UPS or the United States Postal Service.
